The Silver Bound Program is designed to set you up for successfully building a strong foundation for your business that will help you as you climb the ranks to get to Royal Crown Diamond. Silver Bound provides a roadmap to structure your business for future success. It will instill an understanding of the minimum structure needed to get to Silver. Members who qualify will be rewarded with a cash bonus as each rank is achieved within the specified time frame and with the specified leg requirements. 


 

Silver Bound Bonus & Bridge to Gold Overview

This is a snapshot of the Silver Bound Bonus, detailing the requirements and the cash reward for achieving each rank.

Star Bonus: $50

To achieve the rank of Star, you will need a PV (personal volume) of 100PV and an OGV (organizational group volume) of 500 OGV.  This volume can be anywhere – all you, or a combination of you and anyone enrolled underneath you.  There are no leg requirements. 

 However, to ensure you are set up for success to continue to rank up and meet the other bonuses, there are some extra requirements to qualify for the Silver Bound Star Bonus.  

 At Star, the Silver Bound Bonus requires you to have a total organizational group volume of at least 500 OGV.  It must be broken up as follows:

  • You - at least 100PV 

  • 2 Legs - each leg must have at least 200 OGV

  • Accomplish this within two months of enrolling with Young Living.  

 When you meet all of these requirements, Young Living will pay you a one-time bonus of $50.

Senior Star Bonus: $250

To achieve the rank of Senior Star, you will need a PV (personal volume) of 100PV and an OGV (organizational group volume) of 2,000 OGV.  This volume can be anywhere – all you, or a combination of you and anyone enrolled underneath you.  There are no leg requirements. 

However, to ensure you are set up for success to continue to rank up and meet the other bonuses, there are some extra requirements to qualify for the Silver Bound Senior Star Bonus.  

At Senior Star, the Silver Bound Bonus requires you to have a total organizational group volume of at least 2,000 OGV.  It must be broken up as follows:

  • You - at least 100PV

  • 2 Legs - each leg must have at least 500 OGV

  • Accomplish this within three months of reaching Star

When you meet all of these requirements, Young Living will pay you a one-time bonus of $250.

Executive Bonus: $500

To achieve the rank of Executive, you will need a PV (personal volume) of 100PV and an OGV (organizational group volume) of 4,000 OGV.  This volume must be spread out with at least two separate legs of 1,000 OGV each.

However, to ensure you are set up for success to continue to rank up and meet the other bonuses, there are some extra requirements to qualify for the Silver Bound Executive Bonus.  

At Executive, the Silver Bound Bonus requires you to have a total organizational group volume of at least 4,000 OGV.  It must be broken up as follows:

  • You - at least 100PV

  • 2 Legs - each leg must have at least 1,000 OGV

  • 1 Additional Leg – must have at least 500 OGV

  • Accomplish this within three months of reaching Senior Star

 When you meet all of these requirements, Young Living will pay you a one-time bonus of $500.

Silver Bonus: $1,500

To achieve the rank of Silver, you will need a PV (personal volume) of 100PV and an OGV (organizational group volume) of 10,000 OGV.  This volume must be spread out with at least two separate legs of 4,000 OGV each and 1,000 PGV (volume outside of your two qualifying legs).

However, to ensure you are set up for success to continue to rank up and meet the other bonuses, there are some extra requirements to qualify for the Silver Bound Silver Bonus.  

 At Silver, the Silver Bound Bonus requires you to have a total organizational group volume of at least 10,000 OGV.  It must be broken up as follows:

  • You - at least 100PV

  • 2 Legs - each leg must have at least 4,000 OGV

  • 1 Additional Leg – must have at least 1,000 OGV, which can count toward your 1,000PGV requirement

  • Accomplish this within four months of reaching Executive.

When you meet all of these requirements, Young Living will pay you a one-time bonus of $1,500.

Bridge to Gold: Premier Aroma Collection

UPDATE: BRIDGE TO GOLD HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED

To achieve the rank of Gold, you will need a PV (personal volume) of 100PV and an OGV (organizational group volume) of 35,000 OGV.  This volume must be spread out with at least three separate legs of 6,000 OGV each and 1,000 PGV (volume outside of your two qualifying legs).

To help set you up to achieve Gold, the Bridge to Gold program gets you halfway there. It adds just a bit more to the Silver rank requirements, but not quite what you will need to achieve Gold.  

 For Bridge to Gold you must have a total organizational group volume of at least 22,500 OGV.  It must be broken up as follows:

  • You - at least 100PV

  • 2 Legs - each leg must have at least 4,000 OGV

  • 2 Additional Legs – must have at least 1,000 OGV, which can count toward your 1,000PGV requirement

  • Accomplish this within six months of reaching Silver.

When you meet all of these requirements, Young Living will reward you with a Premier Aroma Collection, a huge collection of 120 essential oil single and blends! This has a retail value of over $2800!
