Breathing Easily

Asthma Testimony

Great testimony from a YL member!

I grew up with asthma. Breathing easily has always been a struggle for me. And I could never pinpoint the trigger. Was it all the outdoor pollen? Was it the dry air? Was it the molds? Turns out it wasn’t any of those things. For me it was the chemicals in the food I was eating, the water I was drinking, the creams, lotions, soaps, toothpastes and shampoos I was using, and the household cleaners in my home. Pesticides, chlorine, fluoride, fragrance, pharmaceuticals...and all the other toxic chemical names I won’t bore you with now.

Point is all these chemicals damaged my gut causing me to have leaky gut and a chain reactive of being super reactive to pretty much everything in my environment.

Sound familiar? What helped? So many things...diet changes, enzymes, probiotics and fermented foods, and oils.

This blend stays in my purse at all times. It’s my chest rub so when I am triggered, I use it. On my throat and chest. Sometimes I just use it daily. Just to keep my chest and bronchial tubes open and happy.

I’ve had this same bottle for 6 years. I just keep refilling it. Now I refill it much less. All the changes are working to fix my leaky gut. So I’m less reactive. And I need it less and less. Usually only use it now when I’m traveling and out of my comfy home element and routine. It has even come in super handy with my kids when they come home with some junk. It’s my rescue roller.

Here’s what’s in it (your oils starter kit is the starting point for all this knowledge!):

💧10 drops Raven

💧10 drops Copaiba

💧5 drops Dorado Azul

💧5 drops Palo Santo

💧10 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce

Fill the rest of the 15ml bottle with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and pop on a roll-on fitment roller ball and pop a label on there and you are all set! Keep it in your purse or gym bag! Use before you work out, go to bed, get on a plane, or expose yourself to toxic chemicals in your food, water or personal care products. Change all those things and maybe you won’t even need it anymore.

Asthma isn’t a joke. But it’s also not a life sentence. Clean up your body, avoid toxins, and your body will respond positively!!!
